This residential and commercial building by architects MVRDV (Rotterdam) combines innovative architecture with practical use in a wonderful way. The clearly interrupted Spigel façade with its jagged interspaces paints the picture of a house in ruins. In reality, it is an ingenious piece of architecture that creates highly individual apartments and offices.
