Fragile Beauty The picture is the symbiosis of the past and the present, what was and what is, what will be. A little girl's dream of being a famous model one day, but giving up on being empty, empty of childhood experiences of play and joy. Childhood is broken, the little eyes are empty and sad, passed in the sands of time, asleep. As a model, she has a facade around her beauty, a face made of porcelain, beauty only for the purpose of glare. Inwardly, she longs for her childhood, which has been broken and is now a mirror of her soul. Her masquerade, her fragile beauty crumbles. The hummingbird stands for luck that will come to you. The hummingbird breaks her sadness, her facade and tries to free her from the past. He tries to repair the doll, mend the breaks and free it from the rifts and feelings of guilt of the past. The hummingbirds give her their life again. Beauty is fragile and ephemeral, mostly arising from a sad childhood. The blue crack with the tendril is supposed to represent the flow of life that connects both. Soft light illuminates the centre as a symbol of the soul that is being repaired.
