Every image has its challenges. This sea cave can only be entered deeply during low tide. And even then, the constant waves add a visceral danger in the rocky environment. But the key element is that direct sunlight only enters the space at sunset during the week on either side of Winter Solstice. For this image I chose an 8 second shutter speed in order to smooth the wave action, the busyness and suggest a mythic quality.
