Children play among hundreds of giant hat-shaped bamboo cones in a rice field in Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh. This is a traditional method of keeping freshly collected rice protected from rain and fog after the removal of moisture. The dried rice is piled into cone-shaped mounds so that it fits under the cones. The rice mill worker start their work very early in the morning from 5 am and work till 2 pm every day. Later, the Children of the workers play their afternoon games.
