Between extremes

The hot Sahara and the icy Arctic. Is there a safe shelter at plus 40 and minus 30 degrees Celsius? The scorching heat of endless sand in my shoes and ice crystals clinging to my beard. Can you hear the silence of the red desert stage while the glacier drums and icebergs crack in the distance? Asking natives how to survive, asking yourself how to revive? I managed to took some great images and find my new balance somewhere in between those two extremes to bring it home with me, ready to readjust it a little every now and then. And I fell even more in love with this insanely beautiful and flawlessly balanced nature that proudly and fearlessly defies and tolerates our greed and folly. Let's not forget – our personal and whole balance depends completely on her balance between the extremes.
