On a summer night in the northern waters of Taiwan, fishing boats that go out to sea at night will burn sulphur stones with water to illuminate the sea, use phototaxis to attract blue scale fish, and jump thousands of fish under the twinkling lights, like a starry fishing in the Milky Way Scenes. The scene is very magnificent and charming. Sulfur fire fishing is an ancient fishing method in Jinshan on the north coast of Taiwan. At present, there is only one sulfur fire boat in the world. This ancient fishing method has been registered as a cultural property.
