Kyoto's newest maiko - the very loveable TomiFuku. The Geisha community was hard hit by the recent pandemic and economic downturn. Jobs were few and hard to come by. At just 16 years old, Tomifuku is a new recruit and she remains unfazed by all the difficulties in the industry. She always has a positive outlook to life. During today's photo session, it was raining heavily so no one can go out, the photo was done indoors with Tomifuku standing in front of an oil painting.
